We work on transparent BOQ-based pricing — every line item is quoted with its source rate. You pay against milestones, not lumpsum advances. No surprise variations: any scope change is quoted, approved by you, and tracked separately before execution.

Indicative durations: a 2,500 sqft villa takes 12–14 months; a 50,000 sqft industrial facility takes 7–9 months; a full-home interior fit-out takes 4–6 months. We commit to a baseline schedule in the contract and report against it weekly.

Yes — for industrial projects we manage building approvals, fire NOC, factory licence, and pollution clearances. For residential we handle municipal sanction and plinth-to-completion certificates. Statutory fees are billed at actuals against receipts.

BOQs are locked at contract signing. We absorb minor (<3%) material fluctuations. For major shifts (steel, cement spikes >5%), the price-variation clause in your contract kicks in with documented evidence. No surprises.

Every pour has a cube test (28-day strength logged). Every batch of TMT has mill test certificates. Every finish trade has a checklist signed off before the next trade starts. You get weekly QA reports with photographic evidence.

12 months from handover. Structural defects, waterproofing failures, plumbing leaks, electrical faults, and finish-grade issues from workmanship are covered. Wear and tear, third-party modifications, and force-majeure events are excluded. Documented in the handover packet.

Yes — many of our projects come architect-appointed. We coordinate with your architect, structural consultant, and MEP consultant; provide buildability feedback before mobilisation; and execute to their drawings with our project management discipline layered on top.

Yes — we deliver across India for industrial and large residential projects. Travel and site-setup costs are billed transparently. For interior-only work, we prefer Maharashtra and adjacent states to maintain site discipline.
