• Estimator and AI-report outputs are not quotes, offers, or commitments. A binding cost can only be issued after a site visit and an itemised BOQ.
• Where the AI cost report is provided, it is generated by a third-party large language model (Google Gemini) and may contain inaccuracies. Review it critically before relying on any specific number.

The contact form and AI qualifier are for genuine project enquiries. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Use automated tools to spam the form or scrape this website.
• Submit anything unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate in free-text fields.
