NS InfraTech ("NS InfraTech", "we", "us") is a civil construction and interior firm based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through nsinfratech.com and how we use it.

• To respond to your enquiry — quote, site visit, BOQ, project discussion.
• To maintain a record of past quotes and project conversations for ongoing client relationships.
• To improve the accuracy of our cost-estimation tooling using aggregate (not individually identifiable) trends.
• To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.

We use a small set of third-party processors. They do not have permission to use your information for their own purposes.

• Azure Cosmos DB (MongoDB API) — primary storage for quote leads. Hosted by Microsoft Azure, typically in an Indian region.
• Resend — sends the notification email to our team when a new enquiry comes in. Resend processes the email content and your contact details in transit.
• Google Gemini API — generates the optional AI cost report when you ask for one. The project inputs you enter are sent to Google as part of the prompt. Google's API terms state that paid-tier API inputs are not used to train Google models.
• AWS Amplify — hosts the website and runs the server-side code that handles your form submission.
• Google Analytics — processes anonymised page-view data from public pages so we can see which content is useful. We do not send Google any contact form or qualifier-chat data.

Quote leads are retained for as long as there is a reasonable business need — typically while the project is live, plus a rolling 36 months for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below) and we will action it within 30 days.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with:

• The third-party processors listed above, strictly for the functions described.
• Government or regulatory bodies where required by Indian law (e.g. legitimate written request from a court or law enforcement agency).
• Project partners — engineers, vendors, sub-contractors — only when needed to deliver a project you have contracted with us.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data where there is no continuing business or legal reason for us to hold it.
• Withdraw consent for processing at any time, by writing to the email address below.
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on encrypted managed services. Admin access is gated behind a single-password session cookie. We follow standard industry practices for credential hygiene, but no system is perfectly secure — if you believe your information has been compromised, please email us immediately.

This website is intended for adults capable of contracting construction work. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, let us know and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for 30 days.
