Client needed a fully operational precision manufacturing facility with strict floor flatness tolerances, high-bay lighting, and machinery foundations coordinated with equipment arrival windows.
Approach
We ran civil, PEB, and MEP in overlapping phases. Floor was poured as VDF with FF35 tolerance; machinery pockets coordinated to OEM drawings; compliance filings parallelised with construction.
Outcome
Handover achieved 3 weeks ahead of contracted date. Client commissioned production line without a single floor or electrical variation.
